Construction Progress

There has been a flurry of construction activity recently at Mountain Creek Village! As with most construction projects, adding the water and sewer lines to Mountain Creek Village has taken longer than anticipated. Finally, however, all of the lines are in, tested and ready for cabins! There are now 3 model cabins you can view at the development.

Now Offering Lots for Sale

We are now offering a limited number of Lots for sale to the public. Lot prices begin at $19,900. All cabins built on these lots will conform to the natural setting we have at Mountain Creek Village. The cabins will be built with wood and stone exteriors.

Owner financing is now available on all lots, as well as on the current 2 cabins available.
