While offered at a base price of $79,900, Mountain Creek Village Cabins are true log cabins in every way. They are unsurpassed in comfort, durability and value. Below is a partial list of standard and optional features. Let us know how you would like your cabin to look and we will make every effort to provide you with your wish.

The cabins are 12 feet wide and 34 feet long. They are officially RV Park Models. All cabin interiors are approximately 400 square feet. You can design the interior in many ways because there are no supporting interior walls. The most popular floor plan is the "FLU," or front living room with back bedroom, center kitchen and center bath. Standard features are listed below.

Specifications of Cabins

The exterior walls are 4 x 12 kiln dried solid white pine logs. The interior walls are also white pine. Flooring is 1 x 4 yellow pine, sanded and sealed. R–13 insulation in floor and roof. Roof is 29-gauge painted metal roof.

All wood, custom cabinets and doors. Stainless steel kitchen sink. White pine ceilings. This is truly a log cabin in every sense of the phrase, "Log Cabin!"
